Outgrown your host agency? Come home to a collective.
A destination wedding host agency for experienced advisors who want real support, not a crowd.
Most advisors don't leave a host agency over commission alone. They leave because they've become one of thousands, with a help desk instead of a team and training that was never built for wedding groups. B.Mia was built by destination wedding planners for advisors who sell weddings and honeymoons, and we keep the collective small on purpose.
Why advisors switch to B.Mia
Top-selling wedding team. The Bohemia Weddings team who will mentor you is the top group wedding seller for Classic Vacations, one of the top five group wedding sellers for Hyatt Inclusive Collection, and the top group seller for TAFER Hotels & Resorts.
Wedding specialists, not generalists. We have planned thousands of destination weddings. When a room block, a resort contract or a guest list gets complicated, you talk to people who have handled it many times over.
Local to Cancun. Our founders live in the Cancun area and have built relationships with local vendors, resorts and on-site wedding offices that you can lean on.
10 or fewer new advisors a year. We keep the collective small on purpose, so you get real attention, not a ticket number.
Group and guest-management support. Prefer to focus on sales? Hand guest management to our team. Prefer to run it all yourself? We'll back you up.
Resort relationships and fam trips. Members tour the resorts couples book most, from Garza Blanca Cancun and Hotel Xcaret Mexico to Casa Velas and Velas Boutique in Los Cabos.
Book anywhere. Mexico and the Caribbean are our specialty, and our IATA accreditation lets you book travel anywhere in the world.
Competitive commission, privately shared. Our splits reward experienced sellers, and advisors who mentor newer members earn evergreen commission.
$50 a month, no setup fee. One simple membership fee.
How switching works
Read your current agreement. Review the terms and conditions you signed with your current agency, including any notice period or rules about clients and bookings.
Apply. Tell us about your experience, your sales and the clients you serve. Every application is reviewed personally.
Talk with our team. We'll review your current bookings, your goals and the path that fits, and share our commission details privately by email.
Finish out existing bookings where they are. In most cases, you can finish out your current bookings with your old agency while starting new bookings with B.Mia.
Get set up. We'll walk you through onboarding: supplier registrations, our booking tools and introductions to our resort partners. Onboarding typically takes about 2 to 3 weeks.
Book your next wedding with us behind you.
Is B.Mia the right fit?
B.Mia is a strong fit if you sell, or want to sell, destination weddings and honeymoons; you want a team that knows weddings, not just travel; and you're ready to grow. Our specialty is Mexico and the Caribbean, and you can book clients anywhere in the world through our IATA accreditation. It may not be the right fit if you're looking for a large network with open enrollment rather than close mentorship.
